EuGLC 2026 – “Best of Europe”
On 29 & 30 October 2026, the European Group for Lean Construction meets at Centrale Lille (Campus Cité Scientifique, France).
What we’re preparing for you:
🔹 Workshop morning (29 Oct.): interactive sessions on Advanced Work Packaging (AWP), Quality Management, Lean & AI, “Coach the coach” and Lean at Toyota. Each delegate can attend two workshops.
🔹 Peer-to-peer networking: an informal exhibition. Bring your poster, demo or video and share your lean solutions.
🔹 Keynotes & field-based presentations from France, Finland, Germany, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Ireland and the UK, plus two roundtables.
🔹 Business meetings and a site visit to Toyota Valenciennes (30 Oct.)
🔹 Gala dinner in Lille city centre (optional)
The conference brings together owners, contractors, consultants, researchers and students to share practice, culture and know-how, and to shape a European lean approach.
Since 2004, EGLC has connected lean construction practitioners and academics. Now EuGLC opens that network to the whole of continental Europe.
